This is a proposal to cook outside, in open spaces, for lunch or dinner; it's related to my TV cooking show and the seven techniques I use in my book for fire cooking.
They can be done on the beach, country-side, snow or in the dessert.
We require an adequate space where we can burn wood and coals. These techniques are related to the gauchos and some are from the natives or the influences of the European migrations in Argentina.
As you will see there is a wide range of recipes that will be then adapted to the place, season, quantity of guests, time of day and budget.
We need a whole day to get a Seven Fires event going, deciding where we shall place each fire, overlooking the wind conditions, the pit, moving the iron gear and the wood.
Since some of the cooking processes are very long we will probably cook overnight.
